My message said breakfast ( continental was included) . Got up next day and female staff member said it wasn’t so we went elsewhere for breakfast. “Hotel fuori dal centro, ma vicino al Campus. Servizi buoni e personale cortese.”

“Il mio era un viaggio di lavoro e non potendo andare per problemi personali ho chiesto all'Hotel di poter sostituire il nominativo e ho avvisato che sarebbe arrivato un giorno dopo. Non Ho mai ricevuto risposta ”

“In camera non è stato fatto il letto per il minore. Alla reception ci è stato dato l'occorrente, per il secondo letto, " elegantemente" infilato in un sacco nero dell'immondizia. Il pavimento di tutta la hall e zona colazione è appiccicosa ( da quanti mesi non viene pulita decentemente?). Nel complesso, per una notte, va bene ma ci sarebbe tanto da lavorare...”

“I have to say I waa really surprised at how nice this place was. The only issue for me (being a bigger bloke) was i couldn't fit in the shower as it only has a s.mall opening but I was able to get around .”

“We really enjoyed our stay for just one night. We found the parking convenient and safe, although we did an extra circuit of the campus as the signposting in the last 150 metres wasn't clear.
